You need to complete the WWCC Membership Form (PDF, file size: 90KB) and send the completed form and money to:
NEW MEMBERS OFFICER,
WWCC,
P O BOX 4476,
CHRISTCHURCH
You then need to fill out that same information below:
- Choose a username (preferably your first name and the initial of
your surname - e.g. for Joe Bloggs it is JoeB
- Enter the Display Name (how other members will see you in forums, membership
lists etc.)
- Enter your email address (this will help if you ever forget your password)
- Enter a password (at least 4 characters)
- Complete the remaining fields below (from your membership form)
- Click on "Register" at the very bottom to complete your registration

If you were a club member at the last AGM you don't need to register, you need to login instead with your user name and password:
- Click on the Login link at the top right of the screen.
- Your user name will be your first name and the initial of your surname e.g. for Joe Bloggs it is JoeB.

If you don't know your password you must first go to the Forgot Password page.

Enter your user name, then click on 'Send Password'. Your randomly generated password will be sent to your email address.

Then go to the login page - the link at the top right of your screen.

Enter your user name and password and click on the login button.

User names are not case sensitive, passwords ARE case sensitive, the easiest way is to copy (Ctrl + C) your password from your email and paste (Ctrl + V) it into the password box.

You'll now have to change your password (only this once), enter your password in again, and a new password of your own choosing - it must be at least 4 characters long.

Next time when you login tick the 'Remember Login' check box and you won't be asked to login again.

After you've logged in click on your user name at the top to check your account
profile

Click on "Manage Profile" and complete the information on the screen (the same
data collected on your membership form).

Click on Update when you're finished.

Please complete as many fields as possible, the information you enter may help trip organizers assess your ability to go on a trip.
*Note: Membership to the Whitewater Canoe Club site is Private. Once your account information has been submitted, the Whitewater Canoe Club site Administrator will be notified and your application will be subjected to a screening procedure. If your application is authorized, you will receive notification of your access to the Whitewater Canoe Club site. All fields marked with a red arrow are required.
